Default account information

3 mails to support and 2 mails to billing, here we are

We signed up with Solidhost, paid by credit card. We received this message:

You will receive your account information including username, password, and IP address within 24 hours of the receipt of this email if you are paying by credit card.

After this email no other emails with account information was sent. Our login is kwypglso.
What is going wrong?
Been waiting for 3 days now.

Don't tell me to contact billing again please...

Hi there,

Your account details were already sent to you before you posted the above message. If you didn't receive them, your spamfilter might have blocked the message. Additionally - I just checked and our billing department did respond to all 3 of your emails..

Could you please whitelist *@solidhost.com in your spamfilter and let us know (either here or in a ticket) when that's done? We will re-send the login details then.

Thanks for the response.
I receive your forum mails (*@solidhost.com) but not the billing ones.
So I should be able to receive the billing ones without a problem I guess.
Can you try to send it to : <removed email for privacy> please?

Hi,

That is not necessarily true. A spam filter also "reads" the content of an email, so it might block the email based on that.

Unfortunately we cannot send the activation email to an email address that isn't registered in our system. However, I just noticed that your account wasn't marked as "active" in our administration system (which sends the activation email), which might have been the problem. I have just corrected that and re-sent the activation email.

Could you please verify whether you received it now?

On a sidenote: I would still highly recommend to whitelist solidhost.com - as the above solution doesn't have to do with the billing tickets (which were responded to).
