Default where is my account information?

I've signed up with Solidhost, paid by credit card. I've received this message:

You will receive your account information including username, password, and IP address within 24 hours of the receipt of this email if you are paying by credit card.

After this email no other emails with account information was sent. My login is tiieepfe, please tell me what is wrong ASAP.

Hi,

We've already notified you that your order was rejected by 2checkout's fraud screening department. We have also tried to call you, without response.

Regarding the 15 minute ticket response: we haven't received any ticket from you (or at least not from the email address you used to sign up with us). Furthermore the 15 minute average ticket response speed only applies to our support department, not our billing department.

To resolve this matter, please contact billing@solidhost.com with a copy of your creditcard statement.

I would highly recommend to whitelist *@solidhost.com in that case. On a sidenote; that's a bit unusual because we have a lot of clients who use gmail as their primary email contact with us, and our mails usually never get blocked.
