Default New layout implementation

On Monday, 27th November 2006, we will implement our new website and forum interface. This may mean that throughout the day, some functionality of our website may not be available. None of this will affect support, you will be able to use our ticket system without any problems.

Thats good. Seems like you're waking up again Are you going to start posting news again? What about monthly offers and such?

Absolutely. I understand that from a customer point of view we haven't been moving a lot lately, but behind the screens we've done a tremendous amount of work. We have reorganized administration, almost completed our new website, optimized our network, improved and tested new hardware, and basically we have done everything necessary to be able to accomodate future growth.

Once the new website has been implemented (which will be completed this week) we will indeed be posting news more regularly and make some special offers every once in a while. You can expect to hear a lot from us in the near future

Excellent, I'm looking forward to both the new website and the new strategies :-)

By the way, where are your servers hosted? Do you optimize your network yourself or are the servers in a datacenter?

Another thing, for the new website it would make the company more personal (at least to me) if there were full names and pictures of the administration so we know who we're dealing with. What do you think?

Our servers are hosted in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. You can find all details on the site now

As for the staff profiles; thank you for the suggestion, we'll take that into consideration. We don't have that available right now but we may implement it a bit later.

Haven’t got it? How long it takes?

Also wonder why we have this week so much network problems? My website uptime was this week 96.3% (Alertra) so it’s not very good?

Hi JMJ,

The billing part for some users was delayed tue to a technical problem with tax in the system - as such most customers within the EU haven't received their details yet. This will be fixed soon though, you will be kept up to date by email. I expect this to take no more than 2 days at most.

As for the Network Status forum: that is intended for network notifications from our network administrators only. If you experience a network or performance issue you should contact support@solidhost.com.
