Default Billing dept closed?

Grateful if you could explain why the ticket I raised on 17 July with the Billing Dept has not been replied to?

Dear Sophie,

I have just looked up your ticket and it turned out that it somehow ended up in the wrong queue (one that isn't being monitored). I'm not sure how that happened, but we will definitely investigate that.

I've moved the ticket into the right queue now and I've also provided you with an answer to the question in the ticket.

Our apologies for the delay.
