Default Upgrade

Hi guys,

We need an urgent upgrade. VPS786 needs to go up to the Enterprise package, but maintaining our 256Mb extra RAM, so 768MB total. We raised ticket ETL-39271 and was told to email Billing; we emailed Billing yesterday and have had no response. We go live tomorrow and need this today - please respond!

I see you indeed opened a ticket with our billing department, but you also closed it again during the same evening:

Ticket HDC-43619
Ticket Opened by Customer on: 06 Apr 2008 08:47 PM
Ticket Closed by Customer on 06 Apr 2008 11:11 PM
Reason Specified: This ticket replaced with ETL-39271

The thing is; ticket ETL-39271 is still with our support department so our billing department isn't aware of your request. I will re-open ticket HDC-43619 for you and I'll make sure the upgrade gets taken care of immediately.

Thanks. As I mentioned, we had also emailed Billing after we were told to do so in ETL-39271 - it was this email that hadn't had a response. But, all dealt with now - ta.
