Default Did my payment went thru ?

Hi

Did my payment went thru ?
I have sent 2 emails about it and got nothing so far ?

Yearly paid VPS offer.
VPS 688

Hi Andre,

You sent one email around 5PM today and one around 7PM, both to our billing department. Please note that our billing department is only opened during business hours (Mon-Fri, 9AM - 5PM) and usually responds by the next business day. I know this might seem long compared to the 15-minute average response time of our support department, but for a billing department that's quite normal

To make a long story short; you'll receive a response to the billing tickets tomorrow morning. From what I can tell the payment came through just fine, but our billing guys will get back to you about this.

I just went thru my emails and i see that i sent a message at 1:19pm, april 3th, NewYork Time zone (13:19) at billing@solidhost.com and this was the second email sent.

The first one was from within the support section.

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU DON'T DELETE MY SERVER until this is sorted.


I have an email saying i paid for it.
Your invoice ***** in the amount of €***.00 has been processed and payment applied.

I'm a bit paranoid as i can't check out my credit card statment so i don't know if the payment went thru alright !!!

Keep in mind we're in Europe, it's a lot later here

Don't worry, we never do that. It sounds like you have had bad experiences with an other hosting company, we're not like that.

No worries, if there's any trouble with your payment we'll let you know and we'll give you more than enough time to sort it out. But especially considering you received a message from us saying "Your invoice ***** in the amount of ***.00 has been processed and payment applied.", everything should be just fine.

Don't worry, even if the payment wouldn't have come through alright, we really aren't the kind of company would suspend or delete your account rightaway.
