Exclamation Cancelled account, still receiving invoices

Hi,

on January the 3:rd I requested to close my acct, it was done so the same day. I paid my last invoice (as I understand it) on the 1:st of January.

On the 13:th of February I receive another invoice, and I send a support ticket with a simple question:

"Am I supposed to pay this invoice".

The ticket gets sent to billing asap, only to be closed circa 2 days later with no response. I am still waiting for an answer (and I have sent another ticket requesting Andre to take a look at the closed ticket).
