Default cant login

I'm trying to login to the new system now to pay for this months server rental. However, the login details I submit no longer work.

Ive used the forgot password link and nothing gets sent to me..

More problems again paying

Hi,

What new system? I have not received any information about NL billing desk. If you are Solidhost customer (NL DC), you can't login in:
https://secure.dehe.com/clients/

If I know right the only system now to get contact Solidhost billing is:
billing@SolidHost.com

Andre, could you inform us more?

Default login, support, billing

Hi,

just got mail from Andre (van Vliet, CEO of Solidhost company) and will also inform You

They are constructing the billing system and mailing when its ready. I understood not to worry bout billing meanwhile...

from Andre:
