Red face Thanks to support

when you dicidet to buy/rent a vps, there are a lot of thinks you use to select a provider
you pay and than you hope that they do wat they say

I have for a fiew monds a vps from solidhost and used the ticketsystem
most off the time, the problem is solved en several minutes by the people that are working there on the floor
Also importand is, that they don't send you a bill for a ticket, it is all fully managed and they are giving you the fealing that they are glad that they could help me

I rarely pop into these forums but am here tonight. I totally agree with Christo.

I've now had my VPS with SolidHost for just over 2 years and still remain delighted with their service.

Until joining SolidHost, I had moved from various host to other various host. I love the fact that I don't need to move now because everything is literally so 'solid'. Support is truly excellent - but then again, I don't need to use support that often because things just run.
