Default Sign up Problem #2

Hi,

I signed up last night however there was no choice for me to enter the credit card info. Where do I do that?

lubtex - it may take about an hour before you receive the creditcard payment URL.

This happened to me as well, except that I did get a "SolidHost: Signup Invoice/Receipt for **** " email but it was empty.

If I login to billing and try to Update CC I get an Access Denied message.

Can an Admin send me the initial email again please. (Inv #967)

That order was rejected by our fraud department. We did send you an email about that and we also tried calling you, but nobody answered either of those.

Since we received no response to the email and phonecall, we didn't try to contact you any further about it. If the order is not fraudulent, we would like to work this out with you. Please contact our billing department about this for more details - for your own privacy we can't discuss this in public.

I have not received a phone call from SolidHost nor is there an indication by voice message or caller ID that I was contacted by telephone. The last communication received was the blank email from SolidHost stated previously (Thursday, June 09, 2005 12:40 PM). My spam filter is not filtering SolidHost emails.

As you've instructed I've contacted your Billing Department via email sent: Sunday, June 12, 2005 4:28 PM. I've not yet received a response.

I understand this forum is not the proper place for this discussion but it seems to be the only place I can get a response. I'd like to answer any questions so my account can be verified and authorized.

I have problem too!
I received e-mail with subject "SolidHost: Signup Invoice/Receipt for Dinko Marinković"

but message was empty (only two lines "--")

& when I login in ModernBill and click Update CC i get message "Access Denied"


What shall I do?

Default I Never Received An Email

I signed up on Monday the 13 at aproximately 4:30 CDT and have been waiting for the email that contains my "username, password, and IP address." It's possible our spam filter got it, but I doubt it.

I'd like to complete my registration and am ready to do whatever else I need to do.

Our sincere apologies for the signup problems. This was being caused by a bug in our order system and has now been solved.

All clients who have not received their account details or payment details yet will be contacted within an hour from now. You will not be billed for the time that your account wasn't activated yet.
