Question Closing support calls

Just looking through my list of support calls, I seem to have a lot "on hold" waiting for a response from me.

These are invariably calls that can be closed, but the closure script button does not seem to work on them. It does work for calls that are classed as "open" though.

I'm also having that problem. When I push the close button a popup comes up where I can fill in the reason for the closure. When I then enter my reason and click OK the popup disappears but the call remains on 'On Hold'.

You can either reopen the support ticket and then close it yourself or open the ticket and ask the technicians to close it. Alternatively the tickets will be closed eventually when they are deemed unlikely to be reopened.
